We roast to order and dispatch throughout the week to ensure your coffee arrives fresh, well packed and ready to enjoy. Below you will find delivery timings, tracking information and shipping terms.
UK Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all coffee orders using Evri. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
We do our best to keep delivery costs stable, but shipping services, delivery times and courier related charges remain subject to change where required by factors outside our control, including fuel price volatility, carrier pricing changes and wider transport disruption.
Dispatch
We currently dispatch Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
All coffee is roasted and packed to order for maximum freshness.
Letterbox Friendly
All coffee orders are packed in letterbox friendly parcels wherever possible, designed around standard UK letterbox sizing.
Orders containing additional items may vary in size depending on contents.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at roastery@the-attendant.com and include your order number with any supporting images.
Returns
Coffee is a fresh product and cannot be returned once opened unless faulty or supplied in error. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery Delays
Once your order has left us, delivery is handled by the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier network or by external factors outside our control.
International Shipping
European and international orders are sent using Royal Mail Track and Trace services. Delivery timings and shipping rates may change from time to time depending on destination, carrier updates, customs conditions and wider market factors.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges. Orders shipped to countries within the EU may also incur additional charges on delivery.

We reserve the right to amend shipping methods, delivery times and shipping charges at any time where necessary, particularly in response to courier rate changes, fuel related cost movements or external disruption affecting transport and logistics.
